Lana Loft does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part. Please make sure to review the product descriptions before making a purchase.
Defective or incorrect items

In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, pease reach out via our contact page. We will require details and supporting evidence, photographs and/or videos, to assess the issue. If the defect or error is verified, we will provide you with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: all sales made during live shows or promotional events are final.
Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not allowed.
Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
